Retail Orders
We will order any parts that we do not carry in our store with a 50% down payment. Customer will pay remaining 50% plus actual freight cost upon pickup of their parts. Freight is a minumum of $2.50 per order.

Dealer Orders
Orders are done as they come in with most orders being shipped the same day. Orders must be placed by 4:00 CST (5:00 EST) to assure immediate shipment.

Freight
Most orders are shipped by UPS Ground by 4:30 CST. Very light items can be shipped by mail if requested.

Repairs
Repairs are done as much as possible on a first come first serve basis. Priority can be given to commercial accounts & equipment bought from our own store.

Returns
Returns are allowed within 30 days if purchase of parts are a "stocking item." In some cases a 15% restocking charge can be applied. Special orders in most cases are non-returnable. Electrical parts are never returnable.

Backorders
In order to save you money on shipping, we hold backordered parts until we ship your next order unless otherwise specified. Priority backorders will be shipped the same day we receive them.

Open Accounts
We do offer charge accounts with a good credit rating and sales tax number. Open accounts are due in full each month on or before the 15th of the month. Late payments and past due accounts will be assessed a 1.5% interest fee per month.
